Returns & Exchanges
Not in love with your purchase? No problem! Simply return your unwanted items within 14 days of your delivery date. Please make sure your item(s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions allowed.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. All tags must be attached to the item. Please include your package slip & Return Form with the return.
- Store Credit will be issued via email as a gift card. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
- Returns past this two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense.
- The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, and free of any deodorant/makeup stains.
- Sale items are final We will not be refunding or issuing store credit on any sale item and will be sent back at the customers expense.

- We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours. When emailing, please make sure you include your full name and order number with your question. This will help get your issue resolved in a timely manner.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Store credit will be processed between 3-5 business days.
Due to a constantly changing inventory, our exchanges are processed the same as a return.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or a different item, you must return your unwanted item back to us. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs on returned items. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit refund. You may then place an order for the desired size or item.
